We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 20% the price of your scheduled appointment. A No Show will result in deposit of your next booked appointment. Deposits on all appointments that result in a No Show or Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance will be forfeited, timely cancellations will be automatically refunded. Thank you for your understanding, NO SHOWS and LATE CANCELLATIONS hurt our Stylists by not allowing them the opportunity of serving other guests.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your service at Salon Lucent. In the event you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your service, we offer complimentary service guarantee appointments and will address and correct any concerns you have to the best of our ability.

Service guarantees must be booked within 7 days of your initial appointment and will often require a complimentary consultation in advance. Additional fees may apply for supplementary product or services beyond those agreed upon at your initial appointment. A full or partial refund may be issued if you are still dissatisfied after your service guarantee appointment. Refunds will issued at the discretion of management and the salon owner.

We offer a variety of hair extension methods to suit your personal needs and lifestyle. Salon Lucent exclusively sells, installs, and performs maintenance on Bellami brand hair extensions. For first time extensions guests, we require a consultation appointment at least three days ahead of your planned installation appointment. This consultation is complimentary. During your consultation, your stylist will color match your hair, provide a price quote for your hair and installation, and explain recommended maintenance timeframes and prices.

Your price quote for your extensions and installation is valid for 14 days following your consultation. Once you choose to accept an installation appointment, the salon will process the payment for your hair extensions and order them directly from Bellami for you.
